Our team moves fast and scales aggressively — which means people are our greatest asset. As we expand, we're looking for a full-time recruiter to own the pipeline of leadership talent, helping us find, vet, and prepare top-tier managers to join our team nationwide.
Role Overview
This is not your average recruiting role. You’ll be responsible for finding and qualifying sales managers, not agents. You'll handle all outreach, screening, and onboarding steps until the final decision call with our executive team. Success in this role requires relentless follow-up, extreme organization, and a performance-driven mindset. We don’t need another paper pusher — we need a closer who can fill leadership gaps fast.
Responsibilities
•Own the entire manager recruiting process: sourcing, vetting, scheduling, onboarding
•Conduct high-volume daily calls with inbound applicants, plus outbound prospecting when leads run dry
•Post job ads, message in job groups/forums, and creatively generate new recruiting funnels
•Maintain organized candidate tracking with regular status updates to leadership
•Screen applicants based on experience, communication skills, professionalism, and leadership qualities
•Coordinate and prep qualified candidates for final interviews with the CEO and/or Director of Sales
•Maintain full calendar control to keep a steady flow of recruiting momentum every week
•Track performance KPIs and be accountable for hitting manager hiring goals
Requirements
•2+ years recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or internal)
•Cannot have previous experience recruiting in internet, energy, or community solar sales
•Strong phone presence and communication skills – you’ll be on the phone most of the day
•Independent, self-managing, and outcome-focused
•Exceptionally organized and proactive with follow-up
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
•Tech-savvy enough to work efficiently in CRM, scheduling software, tracking docs, etc.
•Based in Florida, Iowa, or Illinois preferred (but not required)
Compensation
•Base Salary: $800–$1,200 per week depending on experience and performance during the first 30 days.
•Performance Bonus: $500 per qualified manager hire the first time they reach 10+ sales for Fiber and 30+ sales for Energy in a week (aka the standard).
•Monthly target of 3–5 new manager hires.
•Additional bonuses available based on results.
