We are currently looking for a National Sales Manager for one of our products called Cupaclad. Cupaclad is a natural slate rainscreen cladding system which offers a range of cladding solutions, from traditional to contemporary, offering our architects and specifiers a wide choice, suiting any individual design. The employee in this role will have the following roles and responsibilities:
· Lead the commercial strategy of the product.
· Identify business opportunities and define growth strategies in the different territories.
· Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, distributors and installers.
· Coordinate with the specification team to ensure product presence on key projects.
· Coordinate and support the commercial and specification teams in different regions.
· Manage the network of sales agents and distributors.
· Ensure team alignment with sales and growth objectives.
· Define and execute the annual sales plan, including sales targets, growth by territory and market forecasts.
· Supervise sales margins and price control in the different distribution channels.
· Periodic reporting to Management with sales analysis, market evolution and strategic recommendations.
· Coordinate with the logistics department to guarantee the correct distribution of the product.
· Collaborate with the technical team for the correct management of specifications and project support.
We are looking for a strong sales profile with at least 5 + years of experience in a similar role, either in sales management or business development in the construction industry, primarily in ventilated façades or exterior building materials.
· Experience working with distributors, architects and specifiers
· Ability to lead sales teams and align strategies with business goals.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture related majors is desired.
· Experience in Marketing and Sales Management is a plus.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The position is full time and requires the ability to travel 2 weeks per month.
