Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in recruiting for high volume operational roles both domestically and internationally. This individual will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent. The Recruiter will collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, and develop strategies to attract and retain exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
•High Volume Recruitment: Identify and engage high-caliber candidate while managing multiple requisitions and ensuring alignment with the organization's culture and strategic goals.
•Operational Roles: Source and hire skilled professionals for key operational positions, ensuring the right fit for both short-term needs and long-term company growth.
•Offshore Hiring: Manage and execute offshore hiring initiatives, navigating international labor markets to source and hire talent for global operations.
•Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for leadership and operational roles.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
•Recruitment Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes and methodologies, ensuring efficient and scalable hiring.
•Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and coordinate with teams for candidate evaluation, selection, and final onboarding processes..
•Compliance: Ensure all recruitment efforts comply with local, state, and international employment laws, as well as internal policies.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
•Experience: Recruitment experience, with a focus on high volume operational roles.
•Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven approach to assess recruitment metrics and continuously optimize the hiring process.
•Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
•Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
•Familiarity with recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) models.
•Experience with diversity and inclusion (D&I) recruitment strategies.
•Experience with offshore recruitment and an understanding of global labor market dynamics.
