Recon Oilfield Services is seeking a recruiter to help build our Ohio team by finding, screening, and hiring qualified individuals with industry experience. The recruiter will be focused on acquiring talent by using any possible outlet. A successful candidate will perform the following:
•Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions for current openings
•Advertise and monitor job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
•Design and implement employee referral programs
•Identify and grasp potential candidates that will exceed our customer's expectations and continue to build the Recon brand
•Manage on-boarding processes and keep accurate files of each new hire
A successful candidate will have the following:
•An HR academic background
•Work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates.
•Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
•Good knowledge of labor legislation
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•BSC in Human Resources or relevant field
•Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
•Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
•Knowledge of the oil & gas industry is a plus
•Clean driving record & valid Driver's License
•High School Education or equivalent
•Applicant must be drug & alcohol free
•Authorization to work in the United States
