Director, Operations

Sedgman is looking for a strategic, growth-oriented Director, Operations to further advance our relationships with existing clients, and continue to help develop new business relationships and projects. The ideal incumbent will have experience working with clients to improve their existing assets through project upgrades, to provide debottlenecking solutions, with a view to optimize their operational readiness, asset management, advanced maintenance techniques, condition monitoring and process support.

This business critical position will play an integral role at Sedgman, in driving growth across the region, while providing guidance, support and mentorship to team members.

Salary Range: 200,000.00 - 250,000.00 CAD
