As Manager of Business Market Analytics, you will lead and develop a team to responsible for transforming data into actionable intelligence that shapes corporate strategy, external messaging, and business decisions. You'll develop and implement the market analytics strategy to drive long-term value creation by analyzing natural gas market fundamentals and datasets to support and guide business opportunities. Your team will build models and reports, automate and integrate data into decision-making processes across various groups, including the executive officer team. Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads team with the data analytics strategy, creating a clear vision to centralize data analytics efforts, enhancing value for our employees and bottom line
- Assists team to provide actionable business insights, leveraging technologies to help business partners form data-driven decisions
- Exhibits deep expertise in analyzing natural gas market trends, optimizes capacity and pipeline flows, and designs pricing strategies to maximize market performance
- Develops prototypes for modeling, data mining and creates complex models that demonstrate predictive analytics; leads and develops testing plans and implementation plan for tools used to improve efficiency, effectiveness and predict customer behaviors
- Leads vendor data recommendations and cost management efforts
- Provides business processes, workflows and technology solution recommendations to support business objectives

- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or related and 10 (Ten) years experience in related
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning or related and 12 (Twelve) years experience in related
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong people leadership skills, ability to manage by influence and guide key technology design decisions in close collaboration with leaders and business partners
- Passionate about building up the members of the team, unbiased, and displays high level of intellectual integrity
- Ability to analyze data trends, find correlations, and forecast probable outcomes
- Understanding of modern data architectures, data engineering and data science techniques
- Excellent project management skills, and ability to balance long and short term projects based on priority
- Preferred: Advanced experience in GPCM, Databricks, MLFlow, AzureDevOps, SQL, Python, Power BI or similar technologies
- Preferred: Ability to work with complex data sets
