The Member Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and members of Heart of TExas Electric Cooperative. This position manages incoming calls, greets all visitors and members, and provides account-related assistance.
- Member Support: Resolve member requests and inquiries in person and by phone.
- Interdepartmental Referrals: Direct member inquiries to correct department for specialized assistance.
- Payment Processing: Process member payments in various forms and ensure accurate transactions.
- Service Order Management: Issue Service Order requests such as connections, disconnections, transfers, security light repairs and tree trimming.
- Data Entry: Enter member information during service disruptions.
- Account Processing: Process applications and paperwork for new service and terminated/closed accounts.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a neat and orderly front office, ensuring it remains clean and well-organized.
