We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued members. With your strong interpersonal skills, you will help resolve inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. If you have at least 3 years of experience and are fluent in English, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career.

What You'll Do

- Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Resolve member issues by providing accurate information and solutions tailored to their needs.

- Maintain and update member account information accurately in our internal systems.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.

- Educate members about products, services, and company policies to enhance their satisfaction.

- Handle conflict situations with empathy and ensure a resolution that aligns with customer and company goals.

- Proactively identify ways to enhance the member experience and share feedback with leadership.

- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a similar industry.

- Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

- Proficiency with customer support software and CRM systems.

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or holidays, as needed.

- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:

24 - 29 USD per hour(Virginia Beach, Virginia)
