Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at PENNYWISE FUEL COMPANY located in Tannersville, PA. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support (delivery and account creation/ delivery setup), ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

- Customer Support and Customer Service skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently

- Familiar with Microsoft Office

- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent
