We are seeking a
Part-Time Customer Service Specialistto join our team and serve as the frontline ambassador for ExxonMobil. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, support inquiries related to products and services, and ensure efficient resolution of issues—all while upholding the company’s standards of excellence and professionalism.

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, billing, accounts, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Provide support for sales or technical teams when needed.
- Uphold ExxonMobil’s values and customer service standards at all times.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Experience in the energy, oil & gas, or related industries.
- Bilingual (Spanish, French, or other languages) a plus.
- This is a part-time role (15–25 hours/week).
- Hybrid or remote opportunities may be available depending on location.
