Working Hours: 7am-trucks completed

Job Responsibilities:

- Safety is #1 priority; a condition of employment which entails following and enforcing plant-wide safety procedures, environmental regulations and guidelines for the safety of all employees and for the environment.

- Required to wear proper PPE.

- Assists in planning and setting up products for packing.

- Responsibilities for completing daily “Lift truck operator’s Inspection Report.”

- Responsible for daily visual inspection of “Crane and Straps.”

- Required to load/unload trucks.

- Operate computerized weigh scales.

- Must be able to operate scanner.

- Utilize safety equipment, respect break periods, and maintain clean and tidy work area.

- Able to work with limited supervision and in a cooperative team spirit.

Required Education/Experience:

- Must be able to meet minimum physical requirements.

- Must be able to work in fast paced stressful environment.

- Ability to comply with all safety requirements.

- Must be able to communicate effectively with subordinates, co-workers, supervisors and managers.

- Must be able to understand and follow all instruction; both written and verbal.

- Must be able to work with other team members and departments.

- Must pass a drug/alcohol screen. Must meet the standards and be able to follow the company’s Fitness for Duty Policy Agreement (HRF-030) after hire. (Note: Accommodations will be made in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act).
