We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to power up Spartan Energy (spartanenergy.com) and Nu Energy (drinknuenergy.com). In this unique dual-role position, you'll split your time between executing Digital Marketing initiatives and bringing our brands to life as a Brand Ambassador at live events, activations, and community pop-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.

- Capture and edit marketing assets using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and Canva

- Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance metrics.

- Promote brands through in-person events and pop-ups

- Develop and collaborate in executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation

- Plan and execute events, including corporate events, sponsorship activations, and promotional campaigns

- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing marketing materials, and maintaining project timelines.

- Help manage marketing assets such as images, videos, and promotional materials.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to track project progress and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date.

- Assist with internal communication efforts, including drafting emails, newsletters, and team updates.

- Maintain organized records of marketing plans, budgets, and contracts.

- Perform additional tasks as required by the manager

Requirements:

- Experience with design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and Canva.

- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, including content creation and audience engagement.

- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

- Proficiency with office and project management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com or similar platforms).

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate team needs.

- Enthusiastic and passionate about new projects, open to evolving tasks and expanding responsibilities.

- Adaptability to thrive in a lively, ever-changing work environment and willingness to take on new challenges with excitement.

- Reliable transportation and ability to work nights and weekends upon request

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
