Job Title: Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract → Full-Time Potential) Company: The Solar Experts (TSE) / The Integrated Experts (TIE) Location: Albuquerque, NM – Hybrid/On-site Schedule: Part-time, ~30 hours/week Compensation: $35,000–$45,000/year (for 30 hrs/wk) + bonuses tied to CAC targets Employment Type: Contract role with a clear path to full-time employment based on performance

We’re hiring a hands-on marketer to build and manage our social + SEO engine to generate qualified leads for our sales team across solar, roofing, and windows. You’ll own strategy, execution, and reporting—turning content and search visibility into booked appointments at or below target CAC.

What You’ll Do

- Lead local SEO: Google Business Profile, on-page SEO, citations, reviews, and Maps performance - Run social content + programming: short-form video/reels, posts, community engagement, repurposing

- Ship landing pages/funnels, implement UTM tracking, and A/B test to improve conversion rates

- Build weekly dashboards; report CAC, CPL, lead quality, lead-to-appointment rate, and organic visibility

- Partner with sales leadership on offers, geo-targets, and feedback loops to improve speed-to-lead

- Manage tools/vendors; recommend budget shifts based on performance

Qualifications

- 1–3+ years in lead-gen digital marketing (home services or solar/roof/windows preferred) - Proven results in local SEO + social growth that drives real inquiries

- Comfortable with WordPress/Webflow, GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, and basic CRM tracking

- Strong copy + video skills; test-and-learn mindset

- Nice to have: Meta/YouTube/Google Ads, HubSpot/CRM experience, Spanish bilingual

How We Measure Success

- Meet/beat CAC targets by vertical (solar, roofing, windows)

- Grow qualified leads and appointment rate from organic/social

- Increase GBP actions and site conversion rate

Compensation & Path

- $35k–$45k (part-time salary for ~30 hrs/wk, DOE)

- Performance bonuses based on achieving CAC benchmarks and quarterly growth goals

- Contract-to-hire: strong performers may convert to full-time employment
