We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to further develop our brand building and demand generation efforts. This pivotal role will be responsible for elevating Outrider Gas Transports' market presence, articulating our unique value proposition, and driving qualified leads to support our ambitious growth objectives. - Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Outrider Gas Transports' vision, values, and business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Refine and articulate Outrider's unique value proposition in the market, highlighting our differentiators and translating them into compelling messaging that resonates with key customer segments.
- Manage and enhance the Outrider brand identity across all touchpoints, including website, marketing collateral, presentations, social media, and internal communications.
- Oversee content strategy and development, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and informative content (e.g., white papers, case studies, blog posts, videos, press releases) that resonates with our target audience and positions Outrider as a thought leader.
- Manage public relations and media outreach efforts to secure positive coverage and enhance brand reputation.
- Represent Outrider Gas Transports at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, overseeing booth design, messaging, and promotional activities.
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert qualified leads for our sales team. Channels may include digital advertising (PPC, display), SEO, email marketing, content syndication, webinars, and targeted outreach.
- Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel, providing relevant content and touchpoints at each stage.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria, ensure seamless lead handoff, and gather feedback for continuous campaign improvement.
- Implement and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) to streamline campaign execution, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and refine our marketing strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, ROI), using data to inform and optimize future campaigns.
- Manage external agencies and vendors (e.g., PR firms, creative agencies, web developers) to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient use of budget.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and product launches.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on brand building and demand generation, preferably within industrial, energy, B2B manufacturing, or a highly regulated industry.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, content marketing, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a growing company.
- Experience in the compressed gas, industrial gas, or transportation logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with DOT/PHMSA regulations or other relevant industry standards.
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
