GE Vernova’s Electrification Systems business is seeking a highly creative, self motivated digital marketing leader to lead and execute B2B marketing campaigns and projects for the global marketing team. You will create cohesive brand experiences in accordance with our GE Vernova branding guidelines across multiple platforms. In doing so, you will be responsible to support our teams in the creation of internal and external facing content that represents our brand and our product with continuity and clarity. You will also be responsible for auditing and ensuring our channel partners are adhering to our brand, providing guidance and support where needed.#LI-ML2
- Engage with a cross functional team of product line marketing leaders, technology leaders and subject matter experts to write creative briefs in support of campaign initiatives.
- Work with a team of content creators to ensure content developed is accurate, clear, and optimized for SEO/AEO.
- Oversee campaign execution for the total lifecycle of the campaign including adherence to requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Measure campaign effectiveness, driving appropriate corrective actions and implementing process improvements for future campaigns.
- Audit channel partner collaterals (website, brochures, etc.) for application of consistent GE Vernova branding. Drive corrective measures where necessary.
- Understanding GE Vernova branding guidelines, work with internal and external vendors to develop standard work for content creation.
- Manage email marketing workflows and campaigns including database maintenance, email calendar, and nurture campaigns.
- Own the budget execution, including but not limited to issuing purchase requisitions, following up PO creation, and invoice reconciliation for the marketing team.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, related fields or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience with Marketo (or equivalent) and Salesforce (or equivalent)
- Proven experience running LinkedIn (or similar) campaigns
- FR speaking
- B2B experience with a focus on the energy sector
- Collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally in both local and remote situations.
- High energy, “can-do” spirit / self-starter
- Proficient communications skills (written and verbal)
- Strong planning, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize activities, develop plans and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
