Position Overview

We’re seeking a Videographer/Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our brand through engaging content and strategic marketing initiatives. This dual-role position requires a balance of hands-on videography work with high-level marketing strategy, making it perfect for a motivated self-starter who’s both creative and analytical.

Key Responsibilities

Videography (50%)

- Capture and edit high-quality video content for social media, website, and ad campaigns

- Film on-site with technicians, customers, and in the field (occasional pest & wildlife shots!)

- Create short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and customer testimonials

- Maintain video equipment and organize digital content efficiently

Marketing Management (50%)

- Manage and support the Social Media Team in creating a content calendar for social platforms, email, and blog.

- Ideate digital campaigns (organic + paid) that align with company goals

- Monitor analytics, SEO, and engagement metrics to optimize performance

- Collaborate with the leadership team to support recruitment, brand building, and service promotion

- Maintain a strong, authentic voice for the Abra Kadabra brand

Qualifications

- Proven experience in videography and marketing (portfolio required)

- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Proficient with Canva

- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)

- Strong storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail

- Creative, independent, and confident in presenting new ideas

- Excellent time management and communication skills
