LP Propane is currently seeking a
Marketing Manager
. We are a local propane delivery company. We have been servicing customers in Southeastern Idaho since 1992. We service and install tanks ranging from 100 to 60,000 gallons. This position is responsible for
directing and overseeing all internal and external marketing functions.
The
Marketing Manager
will primarily be focused on:Videography
•Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure that all video content aligns with overall marketing goals and brand standards.
Marketing Sales
•Develop and maintain a marketing strategy that improves brand awareness and increases sales.
•Coordinate and oversee the company marketing functions to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
•Oversee the creation of programs, promotions, campaigns, marketing materials, videos, and images that support sales efforts and build the company brand.
•Assist in monitoring sales organizations compliance within established standards for maintaining CRM and Klaviyo data. Works closely with Sales Management to optimize effectiveness of organizations technology investment.
Strategic Marketing
•Maintain and coordinate all aspects of the company website and social media platforms to include but not limited to: search engine optimization, paid search, customer buying experience, content deployment, live chat, analytics and reporting, and daily monitoring.
•Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with company goals, using insights from Google Analytics, SEO strategies, and digital ad performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
•Create and analyze marketing campaigns through comprehensive tracking and reporting to evaluate effectiveness and guide future initiatives.
•Lead planning and execution of company events including trainings, customer specific events, trade shows, and other company outreach opportunities.
•Maintain and promote the corporate brand across print, digital, and promotional channels in accordance with company guidelines.
•Develop and manage marketing budgets, including internal operating budgets, and coordinate supplier partnerships to execute brand awareness programs.
•Oversee company merchandise and promotional item programs, including purchasing, inventory, and employee engagement efforts such as Promo Store and internal events.
