We're looking for a highly organized and proactive team player to support our marketing operations and events. From reporting on leads to managing marketing swag and maintaining our digital filing system, you’ll be the go-to for keeping our marketing machine running smoothly. - Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and contact data
- Generate and compile lead reports to support campaign and sales insights
- Assist in tracking marketing projects and key initiatives to ensure timely progress
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support marketing activities
- Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of marketing events
- Manage event logistics and provide hands-on support before, during, and after events
- Organize and replenish marketing supplies, giveaways, and promotional collateral
- Maintain digital filing systems to ensure document version control and easy access
- Provide occasional front desk and receptionist support as needed
- Take on additional tasks and special projects as assigned
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with diverse teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to maintain digital files and manage version control with efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to attend and manage in-person events, which may occasionally take place outside of standard business hours
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, marketing support, or event coordination role
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data entry preferred
- Experience coordinating logistics for events, meetings, or campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift and transport marketing materials, event supplies, or equipment up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including indoor/outdoor event venues
