Fleet & Logistics Events Coordinatorto assist in
Dallas, TX (Fort Worth)- a role which will help us power progress for our customers.

- Coordinate mobilization and de-mobilization of equipment and materials to multiple event venues and the Hub
- Maintain and update the mobilization trackers with shipping and Trucking information, schedules, and equipment arrival details.
- Handle documentation for Imports via sea, air, and land to Hubs, Service Centers. Ensure compliance with customs formalities for equipment moving in/out of US, CANADA and MEXICO.
- M3 updates for system based on Venue delivery – IN/OUT paperwork. reporting of fleet, assets and scheduling using Aggreko systems including ABI and M3
- Coordinate with the fuel desk on fuel scheduling for assigned event venues
- Work on call and be available to travel up to 50% in addition to working outside regular business hours when necessary.
You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training
- Experienced supply chain professional
- Well organized and can meet deadlines, performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong analytical skill with great attention to detail and execution
- Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Teams, and other software programs
