Job Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing Solos Energy’s marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for developing content, managing campaigns, coordinating events, and driving brand awareness across multiple channels. This is a part-time, in-person position, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Create and manage engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize results.
- Coordinate company events, trade shows, and community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and support lead generation efforts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
- Research market trends and competitors to inform strategy.
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or business.
- Previous experience in renewable energy, construction, or a related industry.
