Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Business Coordinator to support daily administrative operations while driving efficiency through the use of AI tools and digital platforms. The Business Coordinator will provide operational support to the internal Kindle team with a focus on improving efficiencies in internal communications, corporate presentations, scheduling, and other tasks in support of senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is excited about leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Project and Administrative Support: Coordinate calendars and manage company reception area
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between senior leadership, departments and employees, and coordinate internal and external communications
- Business Process Support: Create presentation materials primarily in PowerPoint and compile data for various purposes
- Technology: Assist senior leadership with identifying opportunities for automating tasks using AI tools; optimize routine workflows such as coordinating meetings and workspaces with AI and work with internal stakeholders to source, design, and implement.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with internal processes; collaborate with teams to maintain consistency and quality in output of materials

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field is required OR equivalent professional experience can be substituted in lieu of
- 3+ years of experience in business coordination or related administrative or operations roles is required- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Expert PowerPoint user with the ability to create, edit, and customize
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Capacity to work independently and with teams
- Solutions oriented and problem-solving focus
- Familiarity with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, etc.), dashboard and/or reporting technology
