Manufacturing Financial Controller/Cost Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our leadership team. This is a key in-person role responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support operational goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in manufacturing, with a strong preference for experience in power generation manufacturing.

This position will lead the finance department, including direct management of the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams, and will play a pivotal role in driving financial discipline, accuracy, and reporting excellence across the organization.

This is an on-site position based at our Mulberry corporate office and requires daily in-person attendance. Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Full-Time PROGEN employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment (effective the 1st of the following month). PROGEN pays 75% of eligible employee's health insurance premium, and 100% employee Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Life/AD&D insurance premiums. Additional Life/AD&D, Long Term Disability and dependent coverages are available at employee's cost. Full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay upon hire. Prorated PTO awarded after six months of employment and annually thereafter.
