🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

✅

Lead & Develop

a high-performing operations accounting team

✅

Manage

monthly close processes for operated & non-operated O&G properties

✅

Oversee

Joint Interest Billing (JIB) and working interest partner relationships

✅

Ensure

SOX compliance and GAAP adherence across all operations

✅

Partner

with Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams as trusted advisor

✅

Drive

process improvements and automation initiatives

✅

Manage

LOE, AFE tracking, and capital cost allocations

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

MUST-HAVES:

Oil & Gas industry

experience (E&P/Midstream preferred)

COPAS guidelines

and

Joint Operating Agreements

and management experience

U.S. GAAP

and

SOX compliance

NICE-TO-HAVES:

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

💵 Base Salary:

$98,000 - $162,000

🎁 Total Package:
