Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our finance team. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's growth. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to forecast financial trends effectively.

Responsibilities

•

Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

•

Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements and maintain adherence to accounting standards.

•

Conduct thorough account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

•

Implement and maintain accounting software systems to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

•

Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.

•

Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets to support strategic planning initiatives.

•

Provide financial acumen to senior management by analyzing data trends and presenting actionable recommendations.

Skills

•

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including debits and credits, account reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.

•

Proficiency in accounting software and tools for efficient financial management.

•

Excellent analytical skills with a focus on account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation.

•

Ability to forecast financial trends based on historical data and market conditions.

•

Experience in public accounting is preferred but not required.

•

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all financial reporting tasks.

•

Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

•

Experience in factoring receivables
