Mandarin Speaking Assembler

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or assembly work and must be fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are built accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble products.

- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.

- Operate forklifts as needed for moving materials and finished goods.

- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to optimize workflow and efficiency.

- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process, reporting them to supervisors as necessary.

Experience

- Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred.

- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is essential for this role.

- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective assembly of various components.

- Experience working on an assembly line is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

- Forklift operation experience is beneficial but not required; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
