JOB SUMMARY:

The Major Projects group delivers the largest Transmission, Distribution and Generation projects within SaskPower. The Manager, Transmission Major Projects is accountable to provide leadership and direction to the Major Projects Transmission team. As a member of SaskPower’s management team, this position is responsible to maximize the development, performance and engagement of staff, including directing work and providing regular performance feedback to ensure alignment with both departmental and corporate goals and objectives. Since Major Projects is a relatively new group within SaskPower, this position has a unique opportunity to grow a new team and develop new processes.
