We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager to support our field service operations across Georgia by managing warehouse logistics, inventory, purchase orders, equipment, and fleet coordination. This is an in-person role based in our warehouse and plays a critical role in ensuring technicians have the materials, tools, and vehicles needed to complete field work efficiently.
- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, kitting, and distributing materials for field technicians
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and regular audits
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are organized, labeled, and ready for deployment
- Support safe and efficient warehouse operations and maintain a clean work environment
- Manage the full PO lifecycle including tracking orders, receiving materials, and closing out POs
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure timely ordering of materials
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records
- Track company tools, equipment, and assets assigned to field staff
- Manage check-in/check-out of equipment and monitor condition
- Coordinate basic maintenance, repairs, or replacements as needed
- Assist with company fleet coordination including vehicle assignments and tracking
- Help schedule vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Maintain fleet documentation and support field deployment needs
- Provide day-to-day oversight and support to the Warehouse Coordinator
- Prioritize tasks to meet field service demands
- Communicate regularly with Field Services and Operations teams to align on material and staffing needs- 1–3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or field operations
- Experience working in a warehouse or field-support environment
- Forklift certification encouraged (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, in-person warehouse role
- Basic experience with inventory systems, Excel, or similar tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
