We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to serve as Manager, Digital Marketing. This role will lead a team focused on accelerating omni-channel revenue growth through conversion rate optimization (CRO), personalization, and journey-based marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital experience, analytics, and marketing automation, with a proven ability to translate insights into action that drives measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of analysts and personalization strategists to optimize the end-to-end digital customer journey.
- Own the personalization roadmap, aligning cross-functional stakeholders around initiatives that drive revenue, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Leverage tools such as Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, PowerBI, and Hotjar to identify friction points and opportunities for personalization and performance improvement.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture through A/B testing, behavioral segmentation, and journey mapping to continuously refine digital experiences.
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, analytics, and digital IT to ensure digital strategies are aligned with business.
- Monitor and report on KPIs tied to digital performance, CRO impact, and personalization effectiveness.
- Stay current on digital trends and emerging technologies to inform innovation and maintain competitive advantage.- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or growth-focused roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven success in driving revenue through digital channels, including B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, PowerBI, and other Martech tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex digital initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
Annual base salary range: $100,000 to $140,000
