Future Energy is looking for a proactive Marketing Manager that is a results-driven professional responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. Reporting directly to the COO, this role requires a self-starter who takes ownership of projects, manages key vendor relationships, and delivers measurable impact on revenue growth. Some key responsibilities for this ON-SITE Michigan role include:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Define target audiences and create buyer personas.
- Set marketing budgets and measure ROI to optimize spend.
- Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and consistency across all channels.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials.
- Efficiently manage the creative support provided by outside marketing agency.
- Coordinate with social media resource to maintain consistent messaging and execution.
- Plans and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, email, social media, events, and print.
- Manages content creation efforts including blogs, videos, advertisements, and sales collateral.
- Develops and implements lead generation strategies to consistently generate 5 to 10 qualified leads per month.
- Collaborates closely with the sales team to provide marketing collateral and support pipeline growth.
- Manages CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns) and other analytics platforms to track leads, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Designs, Tests and Manages paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
- Oversees website performance optimization (SEO, UX, CRO).
- Tracks and analyzes marketing metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
