Digital Marketing Specialist

Iron Lion Entries is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. This position will focus on Digital Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, and Social Media activities. This position will work directly with Sales and Management, as well as outside firms, to create and promote new content and ads across several digital platforms and printed brochures.

Must live in the Nashville area, position is full time in office.

Founded in 2010 Iron Lion is headquartered just 38 min west of Nashville off Interstate 40 in Fairview, TN. Iron Lion Entries is one of the premier architectural steel door and window companies in the US. We serve both the luxury residential and commercial building markets across the country.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Create new content and ads daily for Google AdWords, Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook

- Schedule highly engaging social media posts to support all products and projects, blog posts and advertisements to drive traffic to company website.

- Increase customer engagement through interactive and creative content strategies.

- Manage the company website including:

- Regularly updating new professional photos, videos, and drone footage

- Ad new project photos and storylines

- Collaborate with Builders, architecture firms and Interior Design teams to run cross-campaigns.

- Focus on ROI strategies.

- Weekly reports to management on success of ad campaigns and quantity of Sales Calls, Quote requests, Information requests, Clicks to site and conversation rates.

- Utilize drone for photos and videos for website and social media.

- Photos and drone footage provided by you or working with outside professional photographers specializing in real-estate/product photography.

- Ensure brand consistency throughout all copy.

- Set and achieve goals for engagement, reach, and conversion on social platforms.

- Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Required Skills:

- Preferred- 4-year bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or Communications

OR 4 years of work experience in a related field

- Proven Marketing experience in multiple digital platforms

- Great analytical and project management skills

- Proficiency in managing Google AdWords, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram platforms and Ads.

- Self-starter who is creative and with a strong attention to detail

- Proactive and able to work on tight deadlines.

- Strong in visual design and ability to create professional-level social content for the luxury market.

- Strong written and editorial skills, quick decision-making skills

- Positive, collaborative team player

- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights from social media and business data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
