Maintenance Technician III

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hydraulic, mechanical, electrical systems, and field service, along with the ability to analyze issues and fabricate solutions as needed.

Duties

- Complex Equipment Repair: Lead and execute complex repairs on a variety of equipment, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards.

- Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve intricate issues with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

- Project Management: Oversee large-scale maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of technicians, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.

- Safety Oversight: Implement and monitor strict safety protocols, ensuring all team members adhere to best practices to maintain a safe workplace.

Requirements

- 7 years proven experience in equipment maintenance, and hydraulic systems within a manufacturing facility.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.

- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and voltmeters for diagnostics.

- Ability to analyze complex issues and fabricate effective solutions independently.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

- Previous field service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing customer relationships and team interactions.

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.

- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

- Multiple plant loacations in the Midland TX area.
