Maintenance Technician Level 2 Location: Ball Ground, GA
Pay Rate: Starting at $31.00/hour (with increases based on experience and skills after probationary period)

As a Maintenance Technician Level 2, you will play a key role in keeping our extrusion and downstream equipment running smoothly. This position combines electrical and mechanical troubleshooting with preventive maintenance. You will diagnose component-level issues, restore functionality, and reduce downtime while ensuring safety and reliability on the production floor.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical systems (sensors, relays, motors, gearboxes).
- Use HMIs to interpret machine alarms and resolve faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, control panels, and extrusion line equipment.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical prints.
- Use test equipment such as multimeters and alignment tools.
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.- Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical alignment skills.
- Familiarity with HMIs, basic PLC concepts, and control signals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments.
