Hourly Pay: $22 - $25 an hour based on experience
The General Mechanic/Lube Tech position is designed for candidates with basic mechanical skills and some automotive repair experience. This role focuses on the maintenance and repair of company vehicles and equipment used in daily operations. Key responsibilities include performing automotive repairs such as changing hydraulic lines, conducting oil changes, handling various repair tools, and organizing the shop. This position suits individuals with a mechanically inclined mindset who enjoy working on a range of machinery to help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Must be comfortable servicing equipment in the shop or in the field.
· Must be eighteen years of age or older
· Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
· Must have a track-record of being a dependable employee
· Ability to test equipment for proper operation
· Selection of personal tools to be used on the job. Out of the ordinary tools will be provided.
· Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits/drawings/prints
· Working knowledge of equipment operation and associated operating systems
· Basic knowledge of electronic cables, connections, and sensors
· Performs basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
· Install and/or replace new or reconditioned repair parts
· Familiarization of computers to diagnose codes and troubleshoot equipment problems more efficiently
· Conduct daily workplace safety and maintenance inspections of all critical components and systems
· Conduct Workplans as needed to ensure Safest workspace possible

Essential Functions, Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
· Able to work outdoors in most weather conditions
· Able to work in a physically rigorous work environment. Position may involve walking, standing, sitting, bending, and climbing stairs. Job may require crouching, stooping, or crawling.
· Able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
