- Move, load, and organize steel bundles
- Package materials for shipment
- Maintain yard safety and organization
- Assist shipping and shop operations
- Perform snow removal and yard maintenance
- Strong work ethic and a safety mindset
- A minimum of one year of experience in an industrial, construction, steel, or warehouse environment preferred
- Forklift and/or heavy equipment operator certification and experience
- Ability to handle physical labour and outdoor work
- Dependable and team-oriented attitude
