Loader Operator / Yard Hand

Pathfinder is seeking a Loader Operator/ Yard Hand to load and unload trucks, rack pipe and casing in our yard and yard maintenance.

This position is based out of Odessa, Texas.

Pay will be negotiated at time of hire and is based on experience.

Ability to lift to and move 50lbs Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean MVR

Willing to train the right candidates. Candidate attributes: hard worker, hustler, dedicated, team player, self sufficient, willing to learn.

Position available immediately upon hire. Competitive wages and benefits. Benefits include health care after 60 days of employment. We cover 100% of the employee premium. 401K with matching after 1 year of employment. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and will be subject to random testing

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
