Line Cook/Server

We are looking for a versatile and dedicated Line Cook and Server to join our team at Husky House Windsor, a 24-hour restaurant offering quality service around the clock. As a Line Cook and Server, you will play a dual role in our kitchen, handling both food preparation and customer service during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation and Cooking: You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes to maintain our high-quality standards. Experience in food handling and safety practices is essential.

- Serving Customers: You will also assist in serving customers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Whether at the counter or in the dining area, your friendly attitude and attention to detail will make a positive impact.

- Prepping and Cleaning: During quieter times, you will help with kitchen prep work, such as chopping, stocking, and organizing ingredients for the next shift. You’ll also take part in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

- Collaboration: Working as part of a small team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Cooking and Food Preparation: Experience in line cooking or a similar kitchen role is required, with a strong knowledge of food safety standards.

- Customer Service: Previous serving experience is a plus, but a friendly and professional attitude towards customer service is essential.

- Time Management: Ability to multitask between cooking, serving, and cleaning tasks efficiently during the night shift.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle both kitchen duties and customer interactions, ensuring a smooth operation even during quieter hours.
