We’re looking for a Full-Time Line Cook who’s ready to bring focus, hustle, and heart to the kitchen every day. You'll help prep and fire our signature dishes, keep your station tight, and ensure every order is delivered hot, fresh, and on point. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and genuinely enjoys being part of a crew.

Umbrella Bar is a high-energy Korean street food and cocktail concept located inside Ponce City Market in the heart of Atlanta. We’re known for our bold flavors, fast service, and unforgettable soju slushies. From bulgogi beef tots to matcha melon cocktails, we bring the spirit of Seoul’s night markets to one of the city’s busiest destinations.

We’re a small team with a chill, no-drama culture. Everyone here hustles, helps each other out, and brings personality to the job. Our bar is compact but mighty, slinging drinks fast and clean — with creative input always welcome.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute all menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

- Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized station throughout the shift

- Operate kitchen equipment including fryers, flat tops, rice cookers, and more

- Follow food safety and hygiene practices, including proper labeling and storage

- Assist with daily prep tasks, inventory rotation, and restocking

- Communicate clearly with the team during service to keep the kitchen flowing

- Contribute to opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and breakdown

Desired Qualifications:

- 1+ year of kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment (Korean/Asian cuisine is a plus)

- Strong knife skills and comfort with standard kitchen equipment

- Able to stay calm and organized during busy shifts

- Team player who shows up on time, ready to work

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

- Flexible schedule and weekend availability required

- Must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S.

Pay: $15.50 - $19.50 per hour
