AM Line Cook

The Petroleum Club of Houston is seeking an experienced AM Line Cook with a fine dining/upscale dining background to join our team. Private club experience is a plus but not required. Shifts are 6am to 2pm, 5 days per week. Responsibilities include preparing lunch items to order, preparing items for daily lunch buffet, and supporting banquet service. Candidates must have at least 2 years of line experience, strong work ethic, and reliable transportation. Professional kitchen environment in a private downtown club.
