As a Line Cook / Food Prep, you’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to standard, and ensuring every dish meets our quality and presentation expectations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with food, has strong attention to detail, and can work well as part of a team.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and recipes according to kitchen standards.
- Cook and assemble menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with daily prep lists and ensure all stations are stocked before and during service.
- Support other team members to keep service flowing smoothly.
- Monitor portion control and minimize waste.
- Follow all health and safety policies.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep role preferred (willing to train the right person).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
