Level 1 Rope Access Technician

Position Overview:

We have an new opening for a Lv. 1 Rope Access Technician in our Colorado office! This is a full time position with benefits, PTO, and an opportunity to grow your career. The idea candidate must be certified in insulation removal (NCCER), NDE certifications preferred (not required). The work is local to Denver, local candidates preferred. - Work Schedule is 5x10's

The main duties include:

- Support or perform NDT inspection using IRATA or SPRAT rope access methods

- Perform rope gear inspections as per applicable national and international standards

- Perform dropped object surveys as per industry guidelines.

- Perform work at height using IRATA and/or SPRAT rope access methods.

- Operates rope gear, tools, and equipment to accomplish job assignments and client requirements

- The Pay Range for this position is USD $35-45/hr. Pay range for this job level is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law. This position is expected to close February 1, 2026.

Education and Work Experience:

- At least one year of rope access experience

- NDT experience preferred

- Refinery experience preferred

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Certificates and Licenses Required:

- IRATA and/or SPRAT Level I required

- Certified in insulation removal (NCCER)

- TWIC card required

- Basic First Aid, CPR and AED for Adults preferred

- NDT certifications preferred

- IRRSP or equivalent preferred

- Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program.
