Rope Access Journeyperson Electrician

Position Summary:

Tacten is seeking experienced Rope Access Journeyperson Electricians to support our client site, CNRL Horizon on our long-term maintenance rotation!

As a Rope Access Electrician, you will be a key member of our team responsible for executing high-altitude tasks with precision, efficiency, and safety.

Project Details:

- CNRL Horizon

- Long-Term Maintenance

- 14/14 rotation, 11.5 hours per day at straight time

- Flights and Camp Accommodations are provided

- Start Date: May 6th or May 21st

Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintaining electrical systems where required

- Installing and connecting electrical components such as motors, transformers, control panels, and other equipment necessary for industrial operations

- Identify issues, replace faulty components, and to ensure that all machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently.

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

- JM Electrician Certification

- IRATA Level 1 ticket required, or willingness to obtain

- CSTS/OSSA or OSSA BSO or OSSA CSO

- Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients

- Exceptional safety and quality awareness

- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively

- Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
