Lead Recruiter

At Prime Retail Services, the Lead Recruiter is a key player in scaling our workforce to meet the growing demands of our nationwide construction, electrical, and technology deployment projects. This role leads recruitment strategy and execution to ensure we attract and retain top talent across skilled trades, project management, field services, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of recruiting within the retail construction or commercial services industry, with a deep understanding of the pace, complexity, and specialized talent needs of our work.

Responsibilities

Represent Prime Retail Services at job fairs, trade expos, and workforce development events to strengthen talent attraction

Qualifications

· 5 years’ experience leading other recruiters.

· Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline.

· Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs.

· Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.

· Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency based and behavioral).

· Specific skills: Computer/Microsoft Office, Internet Skills, Marketing.

· Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
