Large Excavator/Loader Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Large Excavator/Loader Operator to join our dynamic team. PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE! In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as excavators and loaders, dozers to support various scrap metal recycling faciity activities. Your expertise will help ensure efficient project progress and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your mechanical knowledge and heavy equipment operation skills.

Responsibilities

- Operate large excavators and loaders with precision and safety.

- Assist in loading/unloading materials.

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.

- Follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents or injuries.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and work completed for project documentation.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating large heavy equipment including excavators and loaders.

- Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
