This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Tech/Admin located in Morgantown, WV. The Land Tech/Admin will report to and work in a supporting role with the land management team. The position provides assistance to manage land acquisition documents, maintain and organize lease records, and provide administrative support to the land management team. Responsibilities will also include document preparation, initiate check requests, document recording, and compiling/update/monitor internal reports. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams will be fundamental to this role.
- Knowledge and experience in Land Administration, Leases, and Land Acquisition processes
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas land contracts, and lease acquisition processes
- Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
- Ability to work on-site in Morgantown, WV and collaborate effectively with a dynamic team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus
- West Virginia Notary is a plus
