Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid (partially-remote) role for a Land Acquisitions Agent position located in Wexford, PA. The Land Acquisitions Agent will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring properties for the development of projects. The right individual will have good communication and negotiation skills to engage with landowners and other stakeholders. They will also be responsible for conducting market assessments, feasibility studies, preparing property valuations, and land appraisals. Additionally, the Land Acquisitions Agent will coordinate and collaborate with the legal team to negotiate and close deals, while collaborating with other cross-functional teams to identify potential property opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Business Administration, Land Use Planning, etc.).

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land acquisition, leasing, or related activities. Industry experience in energy development is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and prepare property valuations (price assessments).

- Knowledge of legal aspects relating to property ownership and rights.

- Ability to work independently and remotely when required, and collaborate with stakeholders as a team player.

- Willingness to travel locally and nationally up to 50% of the time to meet with stakeholders, view properties, etc.

- Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office and database management tools; experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $62,313.22 - $75,043.88 per year
