About the role

As Nira’s

, you be the front line of customer engagement - supporting users, onboarding new customers, and helping them succeed with our platform. You’ll also work cross-functionally with our product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvements in our customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who is:

to understand power systems and explain our tools to both technical and non-technical users

, communicative, and motivated to help people

clean energy, and making an impact.

This is a junior-level role with lots of opportunity to grow!

What you’ll do

- showing them how to get value from our platform.

- troubleshoot customer questions and resolve issues in a timely manner

especially when new features launch or customer workflows evolve

like product update emails and FAQs with clarity and empathy

surfacing customer insights, suggesting improvements, and contributing to platform enhancements.

About you

- ideally renewable developers, electric utilities, power systems, or related

- you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working in a technical environment

self-guided learner, who can identify your own knowledge gaps and find the resources to fill them

and a desire to always provide a positive experience for our customers

stay organized, and follow through on committments

written and verbal, with strong attention to tone and clarity

to play a pivotal role in scaling a climate tech company to the next level!
