About the Role

As a Contact Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners dreaming of a better home - and your job is to turn that curiosity into commitment. You'll manage leads through our CRM systems, monitor aggregator feeds, and adhere to strict speed-to-lead requirements.

You'll be backed by strong training, a supportive team, and the opportunity to grow with our expanding business.

What You'll Do

Connect with inbound and outbound leads to qualify interest and schedule appointments

Monitor live aggregator feeds (Hatch, CRMs) to pick up new leads instantaneously

Adhere to "speed-to-lead" SLAs with first outreach within 30 seconds of lead arrival

Create excitement around our services

Consistently hit weekly appointment and conversion targets

Enter data accurately into Acculynx and maintain detailed customer records

Confirm appointments and follow up with potential clients

Adapt to brand-specific scripts, pricing guidelines, and geographic territories

Maintain strong relationships with local brand teams

Stay agile and team focused as the company's needs evolve

Base Pay: $16.50-$18.00/hr (depending on experience)

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility may be required) from our office in Crete, IL
