Job Opening: Help Desk IT – Immediate Hire
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) professional with an excellent attitude and customer service mindset to provide first-level technical support to our internal users. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of operating systems, basic networking, and Microsoft tools, along with a proactive and responsible approach to troubleshooting.
· Respond to, log, and follow up on IT support tickets (hardware and software).
· Provide remote and on-site assistance to users.
· Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals.
· Support for office applications (Office 365, browser, antivirus, etc.).
· Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate IT team members.
· Document solutions and maintain updated records in the ticketing system.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Help Desk or Technical Support role.
· Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
· Basic understanding of networking, Windows operating systems, printers, and Microsoft Office.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented attitude.
· Entry-level certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Fundamentals).
o Oracle NetSuite (user support or system familiarity).
o Microsoft Azure (user management, licensing, basic configurations).
o Active Directory and ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, GLPI).
