What You Will Contribute:

Join us as an IT Service Desk Technician, where your ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues will directly impact the daily productivity and satisfaction of our internal teams.

In this fast-paced, customer-facing position, you’ll be the frontline expert resolving issues across desktops, mobile devices, printers, and more—making you the go-to resource for tech confidence and stability. Whether it's imaging systems, resetting accounts, or escalating complex problems, you'll play a key role in ensuring we stay efficient, connected, and productive.

If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow your skills across tools like Windows OS, Jira, and Microsoft Office, this role may be a great fit for you! This will be an onsite role at our Milwaukee Global Headquarters.
