Title: IT Field Support Technician

Employment: Full Time, Onsite and Field

Benefits: Full-Time Employee benefit package

Shift Timing: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (EST)

On Call Requirement: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide support for urgent after-hours issues
